Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll publish the updated version on the Website with a new “Last updated” date. If we make significant changes, we may also let you know by email or a notice on the Website.

The Meridian Method

Behind the Simplicity,
a Rigorous Process.

Four deliberate stages take you from first conversation to certification and beyond. You always know where you are, and what happens next.

1

Personalise

Understand your business

We don't drop generic ISO documents on your desk. Instead, we:
‍
•  Review how your business actually runs
•  Identify what's already working
•  Map your real processes, not imagined ones
•  Spot risks and compliance gaps early

2

Prepare

Build what matters

We build and refine only what's required for certification, with no wasted effort or unnecessary delay:
‍
•  Develop tailored systems, policies and procedures
•  Implement practical documentationIdentify what's already working
•  Conduct internal audits
•  Close compliance gaps

3

Perfect

Make it audit-ready

We make sure everything is structured correctly, so it earns the auditor's approval:
‍
•  Coordinate the certification audit
•  Make sure documentation is complete
•  Support you during auditor interviews
•  Manage corrective actions, if needed

4

Preserve

Training for ongoing compliance

We make sure your team upholds standards long after the certification is awarded, showing you:
‍
•  How to follow the system day to day
•  How to complete required records and forms properly
•  How to run internal reviews and continually improve
•  How to prepare for surveillance audits
